Its hilarious and fun to watch. Its not ecchi at all..her motivation is rather an objective/target she sets for herself. Will she be able to fulfil her target? the character's drawing is nice, and unconsciously you'll be singing that 'a-a-bi-igata echi k' in your mind. hihihi...
