Ok so this anime is perhaps the most deceptive one I've ever seen. First you watch Clannad of course and that's a pretty typical harem situation but the laughs are good so u stay in it. The drama in the first series is pretty typical too but again, it's well done so you stay and you get to the end and the obvious girl is chosen. Suddenly we start this show and it moves slow at first. The last of highschool and that noise but before you know it the shit hits the fan and you spend the second half of the show crying. Then just as you start to get over it, the last episode (episode 23) just starts you up all over again. So I love it because its done so well to be able to evoke emotion like that is incredible but hate it because it just punches you right in the soul. Incredible show.
