To arzter, there isn't any OVAs for Deadman Wonderland yet. The OVA 4 you see here is actually just the episode 4 of the anime series. Someone uploaded that Episode 4 to the wrong place and labelled it as Ova4 instead.
Hope this clears your doubt.
Ya, quite sad the anime ended just like this. Eagerly waiting for a second season or at least the OVAs....:(
