Ghost Hunt = Rubbish

do not. i repeat do not trust ANY positive review of this pathetic excuse of a show. usually i try to refrain from saying this but this shows left me no choice: THIS SHOW SUCKS IN EVERY WAY IMAGINABLE!

it had potential with a fairly standard story of a group coming together and solving ghost cases but it couldn't even do a decent job. first of all, the series has an opening and an ending THEME but doesnt really have much of a video to go with it. no animation no nothing. just a bunch of generic windows xp desktop-like pictures changing colors, rubbish.

then there's the AWKWARD presentation style of the scenes. the drawing is just plain bad and the animations are choppy and amateurish meaning the characters move awkwardly like some paper puppets or something. and. the voice actors lack any sort of enthusiasm and give awkward pauses in between their speeches. and all this is not helped at all by the fact that there is almost never any background music playing. so it basically is like i said: AWKWARD and rubbish.

then there are the pathetic and feeble attempts t horror and comedy. most of the horror is extremely predictable and like i said that awkward animation and presentation style makes any sort of horror just go down to null. the comedy is basically the characters acting like a bunch of wannabe elementary school children and "dissing" each other whilst the other characters laugh. rubbish

the characters are all either bland and boring or hateable to the point that you dont feel like watching this anymore. and of course this isnt at all helped by the awkward presentation style that i mentioned. rubbish

besides the awkward pauses while voice acting, the dialogues themselves are pretty childish. rubbish

finally, the story is ok but again it is pretty generic and is far from being able to make up for all the rest of the rubbish on this show.

overall, it is just a painful experience to watch this piece of garbage. just avoid it at all cost.
