Takes Awhile to Intrigue

I thoroughly enjoyed ‘Kekkaishi’. The way it was drawn reminded me of ‘Soul Eater’ which if you’ve seen and liked, you would probably enjoy this anime as well. My only criticism for the series as a whole would be the time it takes to get into the series. Had I anything else to watch during the first ten episodes, I probably would not have finished ‘Kekkaishi’. The time it took to build a storyline for the viewer, and introduce characters backgrounds I was already at episode 10-15 and eager for the series to make a substantial progression. So if you decide to watch ‘Kekkaishi’, I would warn it may take some time before you can’t wait to see the next episode.
