Takao, who is training to become a shoemaker, skipped school and is sketching shoes in a Japanese-style garden. He meets a mysterious woman, Yukino, who is older than him. This movie is absolutely GORGEOUS! Story is top notch and everything I have ever expected from this director, Dialog is beautiful and filled with the emotion that only a simple story of love can bring. The Animation is top notch...
It brings a tear to my eyes to see a piece of animation this wonderful... highly recommended.
