HiME is an organization made up of young girls with special abilities who must battle Orphans, evil creatures threatening their world. New-comer Mai Tokiha hears the call of the star, the force which brings HiMEs together and causes them to assemble, and is swept into a full-blown battle against an evil organization to save her school and her loved ones. Little does she know that the real battle is a much deeper one, one which could end up costing her what she cares about most. |

Mai-HiME is a very interesting anime with plenty of actions and humor. I really enjoyed watching this anime because although it can get kind of intense at times, it also has plenty of humorous scenes too - which makes watching it very entertaining and fun. Mai-HiME really captures your imagination and makes you wonder what life would be like it orphans really existed in reality. I'd recommend this anime to everyone who enjoys watching anime with out-of-the-ordinary happenings! ENJOY!!
