Summary:
2312 A.D. Four years have passed since the final battle between Celestial Being and the UN Forces. Humanity, after having established the Earth Sphere Federation, forms an independent security force, A-LAWS, separate from the formal Federation army to further unify nations and the will of mankind. But in reality it is simply inhumane oppressing anti-government powers, doctrines, and ideologies in the name of unity. Setsuna F. Seiei, after surviving the battle four years ago, has decided to once again fight with his Gundam.

I was getting something from the fridge when I repeatedly heard 'Allelujah' and I was like 'What channel did I leave the TV on?' I came to see what I now know as episode seven of Gundam 00 season two. As soon as the episode was over, I changed my schedule so I could drop by the anime DVD shop the next day and I was surprised to find out that there are actually two seasons >_< I loved the character design (thanks to Allelujah haha) and that one episode alone intrigued me a great deal. What can I say? It was well worth it. This anime is more than meister eye candy, more than uber cool mecha action and definitely more than what I expected. I certainly wasn't expecting my social awareness to be stirred but that's ultimately what this show did. How many people go to school or go to work on a daily basis unaware (or ignoring) that somewhere else, at that very moment, other people are suffering? The characters all play to that theme in well-executed dialogues and animation. The question 'Are you okay with being the only one in peace?' has since haunted me.
