A great anime series

What can be said about Naruto shippuden? Many may think that it's a sequel to the less popular predecessor that was widely thought of as just a childish anime about girl ninja's trying to imitate great people. If you read to my sound arguments you may be persuaded to believe that you will be in for more than your average ninja fiction anime.

Story:

Firstly the story has progressed from the first part, it appears that just over 2 years has lapsed and naruto has been training hard with Jiraiya sennin (Ero-sennin as naruto calls him), he has learned to control himself more and has become more mature (however his childish playful ways remain with him). But not only has he learned to control himself better and be mature, he has also become much stronger. He has learned how to control his shadow technique even more effectively, learned how to create a giant rasengan ball which makes a devastating effect on his opponent and has learned to control himself if trapped in a genjutsu (though in my opinion he still needs to work on that). As the story progresses naruto learns with the help of Kakashi, Yamato (one of Kakashi's subordinate's) to make a new rasengan that has an element combined with it.

The main problem with the story is that sometimes it may get confusing as you try to tie up loose ends, the story develops even more which contradicts what you would have thought about the story of the naruto world and of naruto himself. This can be both confusing at times but also thrilling as you will learn more of the people and the world of naruto.

Note for the faint of heart: Do not expect this part of the series to be a relax free as the first series as many things happen such as main character's dying.

Dialogue:

The dialogue of the of the anime for this series can be casual and mediocre at times but once the plot develops it becomes much more interesting i promise that!. It can become very emotional in the anime and it could be enough to make one cry. Very entertaining and well worth reading and watching the anime to feel the emotion that is shown.

Animation:

From episode 1 of the second season all the way through to the current episode available (which is currently 211) the animation is in HQ and seeing fluid movement from the characters and jutsu's being shown in such quality truly makes the anime feel alive and buzzing with energy. It is great fun to watch the animation happen second by second even if it is something minute such as the face of the characters showing tears, the animation makes it seem almost realistic (Hint at Producers, try HD 3D next? xD).

Entertainment:

The series is much more entertaining with the development of the world of naruto, of naruto himself and the other characters as well. There is much more entertainment when watching each bit of the anime progress, this season is even more emotional, even more compact with action and the comedy hardly stops as sometimes even the most serious types of people such as Yamato says a few words that'll keep you laughing.

Conclusion:

To be honest there may be even more to say about naruto shippuden but this is the most i have come up with in the span of 5 minutes without overthinking things.

This season of the anime shows the story develop much faster, there is much character development with naruto and the other main characters and even more exciting battles to see with ninjitsu, taijutsu and genjutsu to keep us on our toes.

The main problems of the anime is that it tries to provide too much at once and so the feeling of one battle may not live up to its greatest height. The story focuses even less on naruto's past while at the same time trying to explain who were his parent's and what land they were from (some curious people would want to know more about the people of those lands and how they lived and what other techniques they may have known etc), this is so that the story does not drag on with too much background information of each character, clan etc. but overall the anime is very entertaing, if i was to score it, i would give it a solid 8.9/10.
