| Summary: |
Haruhi Fujioka, a normal high school student, receives a scholarship to attend Ouran Academy, a school for the rich and privileged, only to discover that at Ouran, virtually anything is allowed. Haruhi accidentally stumbles upon the Host Club, a club made up of six beautiful young men with nothing better to do than to entertain their female classmates, who, likewise, have nothing else to occupy their time. Due to a series of unforeseen events, Haruhi is forced to join the Host Club in order to repay a debt. This outrageously hilarious series follows the stories of these hansom and whimsical young men as they try to help and entertain their fellow students, and the story of Haruhi, who is desperate to graduate from high school as normally as possible while dealing with the antics of her eccentric new group of rich friends. |

This anime has plenty of humour and funny dialogue, and the story itself is quite original. The characters are the best part of the anime though- each character is different and adds to this story of how a group of handsome boys entertain girls at a host club. The story develops nicely and the friendship between the members of the club is both funny and touching at times. Very awesome anime that's definitely a must- watch :)
