In a confrontation with one of the school bullies, she is challenged to a Duel. She soon discovers that a group of students meet regularly and duel for possession of the Rose Bride, a young girl who becomes the property of the Champion. This Champion will also be given the power of the Sword of Dios and the ability to bring about the World Revolution. Overall Rating
Excellent
Story: 5
Dialogue: 5
Animation: 5
Entertainment: 4
ON the surface it's very repetitive, formulaic and not much that meets the eye save for aesthetic and swagger, but the cast really come to life in the later parts and you'll be amazed how deep the resolution of the tale is on a human level. Very warming story that doesn't overstay it's welcome. Truly a classic. The last boss of shoujo anime for sure

9/10 for me

hint: Each character in the tale that duels for the rose bride symbolizes a certain kind of 'love' or aspect of it. Our MC's is the most unshakeable type, thus Revolutionary.
