I was curious from the start about this one. and as it showed its going to be a good one.
The story is not completly originall but still a fun newish concept. It opens a world with a dramatic twist and shows the simularities between real life and game life- IN a radical yet fun way- but also in a serious way. It takes it self seriously but doesnt overdraw on the attention. I find it unique to the fact that its the third episode and I still find myself loving it yet the story is told like a story.. almost entirly from an outside method rather than endering yourself to a first person perspective of the main character.
Dialogue is nice. All the people hit the tones well and the characters are fun. At times it makes you belive people are one dementional then reveals it all to a farse showing the grander scheme of the diologue and depth.
Animation is top notch. The game world gives a unique abiet used concept of realistic world while being in inpossible vistas and such. Floating towers.. High cliffs, all the trimmings are done well. I find in many ways the cloths and other aspects are almost artisan yet suprizingly simple.
Entertainment is wonderful. Its realistic story. And adjusts it self well as action and slice of life. The the overall premis itself is a pretty increadable yet scary thought. It has light moments but often hits better more key moments quickly and strongly. Im not sure I like the pacing in this show. And at times it feels distant like the main character.. however its unique in that way and Ive never felt really lost in the show which is great.
Overall I recomend to everyone as nothing is really objectionable and its a pretty interesting and good story.
