*coughs* excuse me, that first OP is a bit of an earworm. So since I just made a review of "To Aru Majitsu no Index" I felt that it was only appropriate to make one of To Aru Kagaku no Railgun. Set in the same city, and sharing a lot of the same characters (granted Touma and Index are only occasional side characters this time around. Railgun tells the story of a fan favorite (at least in my book) Misaka Mikoto. As well as that of her friends, in their various misadventure in a city full of overpowered kids.

Story 5/5: Its always nice to see how other characters live their lives, their friends, and relationships. Sometimes you encounter a character that sticks with you, you feel their pain, their joys and hardships, and you want to know more about them. Does this inclued Misaka Mikoto? Meh, your mileage may vary.... but what is important is that all the story arcs involved here show that deep down she is the kind of character you just can't help but cheer for, and her friends are a hoot too!

Dialog 5/5: Despite being half tempted to take a point off just because of Kuroko's perverted lesbian antics, really I can't complain too loudly about that. The Dialog is, like its sister anime "Index" simply wonderful, and lets face it, the evil laugh of the last arc's big bad.... pretty much worth the price of admission alone.

Animation 5/5: Again the characers and their settings are crisp and clean, the action sequences (especially the last two episodes) flow nicely and will have you on the edge of your seats. Nothing at all to complain about here.

Entertainment 5/5: I gotta say that anytime an anime makes me back up my Zoom Player multiple times to because I have to say.... "Wait did they just reference what I THINK they just refrenced?" (those who have seen this I mean mainly the (holographic)"Beach" episode that takes place after the 'Level Upper' arc. And subsequently has me actually fall out of my chair and physically roll on the ground laughing out loud... your doin somethin right...

Wrapping it all up, its an excelent piece of anime, and I can't wait for the new OVA's slated for fall.
