In summary, the movie is part 1 of the continuation of the anime. All in all, it's the same as ever and all those small twists are still so good, however some were just too obvious.

Your going to find out anyway really soon, and it's not unexpected: Takizawa Akira brainwashes himself... again. Anyway that gave Saki a hard time finding Takizawa at first.

The animation is the same as ever. Nothing gets boring.

All in all, the movie is the continuation fo the anime and prepares you for part 2. All the twists are good with a couple just being too damn obvious.

The continuation to the Higashi no Eden anime! Everyone who watched that one and didn’t feel all satisfied with the end, here you are, and it’s worth the 1.5 hours this needs.

Story flows well with the anime, with the same amount of suspense to keep you on the edge of your seat. No change in the characters (same old weird crew, perhaps a slightly bigger focus on the marginal computer genius group), same seiyuu, same still-not-overly-special-but-definitely-entertaining dialogue. Same clear-cut art style with excellent animation as well. Though things still have to come to a closure. (show less)
