Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku, Sango, Shippou and their neko-mata friend Kirara, are now in the final leg of their quest to put an end to the elusive demon, Naraku and all of the chaos and evil he has caused, and to ultimately undo the unfortunate karma of the Jewel of Four Souls. Their journey, however, will not be easy as their remaining enemies put out all the stops to make sure that they do not accomplish their goal.
This TV Anime will depict the 36 - 56 (end) Inuyasha mangas. The story continues from the last moment saw on Inuyasha's original anime. Inuyasha, Kagome, Sango, Miroku and Shippou are now in the definitive quest to beat Naraku and the evil he has created and absorved, they don't lose hope since their future depends on it, but the path isn't easy nor short so they will go trough life threatening situations and must put their friendship and love on the line with wisdom to know who their friends and foes are to succeed. |

It's difficult to write this with impressions from the previous series.
Regardless, The Final Act was [finally] pretty conclusive. Majority of the episodes were relevant, some were great (like that Sesshomaru and Rin episode). Quite good with a happy ending and how everyone is finally in harmony with one another. But the fact that the pervious version (which was quite elongated) and this are related is kind of a downfall.

The Final Act is pretty close to the manga version. But i don't really like the first few episodes whereby the anime is like cut short or something.... but the ending part is pretty ok...

Inuyasha has gone on long enough. After sometime I got bored with the show and gave up on ever seeing an end to Naraku. Now we finally have it. After watching The Final Act it was much needed closure for all characters in the show. Although I have to say I expected it to last longer; but that is probably from watching the previous seasons and them dragging the story out so long. The end comes to a close in a swift manner and you are left with a happy ending. I love Inuyasha and I have finally got the closure to the story I am now content.

Another very long series that is sure to either make fans happy or just make them go "meh". I myself am kinda in the middle with Inuyasha. Hopefully it won't be as tedious as the previous release.

unlike everyone, i find this arc somewhat just made to close the super long series...there are already too much characters and giving a nice closure was all they could do...it is as expected...everyone except kagura and kikyo (of course...she's dead already) lives happily ever after...they could have spinned it off like everyone in the kagome's time for exmple but nope...it's the classic..still...if kikyo didn't die...i would like to have seen inuyasha choosing...even if kagome is a reincarnation of kikyo..still they are different individuals...so ( read more)
