conclusion: you've come to the right place if you want romance, eye candy, and light entertainment/comedy without having to think much. it's absolutely nothing new, and heck, it even ends on a cliffhanger, but for cuteness/"moe" moments, a few laughs, and freaking cheesiness, this is okay. personally, i'm not that much into it (original comedy and charas aren't exactly to be found here), but i'd still say it's nice to simply lay back.

In reference to the reviewer " Adelaide", yeah if u ever watched that American show "Friends," Ross and rachel are like that! they fight, break up and get back together! They literally do that like 4 times throught the whole series! Granted though, sometimes what makes a good anime funny and have an interesting plotline is the cheesiness! I could compare it to Sket Dance (not entirely though), the comedy is lame and the plotline seems overdone but it's still funny and still interesting! With Kaichou, it's direct comedy, which requires no real thought and you're more likely laugh most of the time. Sket Dance tries to make indirect direct, which is why it sometimes have really bad jokes. (show less)

If you're looking for something light and easy going, then this is just the anime for you (^^)/

You know where the story is going all the time, the surprises are few (if not none), and the ending was very predictable, BUT that does not mean this is a bad anime, in fact it's one of my favorits! d=(^o^)=b

It's VERY fun to watch and you won't get bored with it (if you're a girl, a guy might get bored from it because of the lack of action), I found the couple usuiXmisa EXTREMLY ADORABLE and I loved their small fights XD
(Usui is SO FUNNY!!!)

I'm not really a Shojo fan (normally I watch anime like One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist, Naruto, and so on....), but I liked this one alot, for me, it's nice to have a little change ones in a while, and this anime was perfect for the job (^o^)/
