I must admit when I watched this show a while ago, part of me thought I had lost it. To see a romantic comedy was beyond my former thought process but when I watched it I loved it. and It started me on a whole new wonderful field of enjoyable animes.
The story is pretty epic and still original. Its two people from very differnt backgrounds comming together and their odd interaction is awesome. The story progresses steadly while not being too story focused which is very hard. They use a lot of comedy and the show honestly goes by very fast. Whats more, they show just about every cliche while not overdoing it. Even the villians are well rounded. No one is so horrible no one so good the show is so perfectly done and wonderful.
The Dialogue is Amasing. One of the first I watched in Japanese it was a sure shock for me to relize the voices were beautiful and wonderful. The emotions come through the voices because each one is chosen well and done well. Even the music is perfect. I find it odd that the ending music of the latter part of the series is just so poeticly beautiful on the ears. The music fits each thought of the show well.
Animation is good. I find all the characters faces are done well and the bodies are well proportioned. They use a few of the Picture Anime backgrounds in some places but against the average of just shading.. its refressing. Overall really good.
The Entertainment is epic. It is one of only 5 shows I watched 3 times in a row and I still find it entertaining today. If you love fun comedy, beautiful romance, or a perfect slice of life... this is the best show to start with...
