Definitely one of the most beautifully animated animes i have ever watched. All the scenery is hand drawn and painted with watercolours, which is very refreshing. The story is very relaxing and nonchalant, with some action here and there to keep things moving. If you like Spice and Wolf and other similar animes, you're gonna love this one. The music is nice and the characters are simply charming. Kemono also has its humourous moments. The subs are OK, they could be better but they are easy to read and understand. this anime is a very slow pace relaxed anime without much action or violence at all, but that is not to say that there isn't any. there are some sad parts and exciting parts but all in all it is slow. the animation is unique to say the least and chibi like. it is full of mystery and self growth. the story is about a small girl erin who grows into a strong person through loss and learning. it has a good short story and is worth the watch for the sake of watching anime but is not one of my favorites.
