The only reason that I give this anime a perfect score is because I really enjoyed watching it, and personally enjoy incredibly surreal animation. To my tastes this was enjoyable. To others, probably not so much. It is a really strange and metaphorical show, and you have to watch it with an open mind. The premise of the show is depicting certain types of mental illnesses and how this one very outlandish doctor treats them, using very unconventional methods. If you are into the Cult and B movie sub-culture or the just plain weird, then i'd definately reccommend this. If not, tred with caution or just give it a miss. (btw, that goes the same for people who have issues with needles). (show less)
