Another nice surprise from Studio Ghibli. I never heard of The Cat Returns before and didn't know how made it till I gave it a watch. Upon seeing the familiar blue card I knew it would be entertaining and I wasn't disappointed. Its a rather fairy tale sort of story, certainly something kids could easily enjoy and if your willing to take off your serious hat its a fun adventure. The movie animation is quite good and there a some nice funny parts and some goofy comedy gags. I wouldn't say its epic but its entertaining and light hearted. I've you got the time it is well worth the watch. (show less)
