Summary: Two years have passed since Hei and Yin escaped the Syndicate after the events of the first season. Making their way to Russia, Hei encounters a young girl named Suou Pavlichenko, whose family is gradually pulled into the war between contractors and various intelligence factions. Meanwhile, Misaki Kirihara has quit her position in Foreign Affairs to begin her own investigations into Hei, the Contractors and the Syndicate.

The series ends here, unfortunately,
The main caracter takes some what of a secondary roll here, he changes positions (with main and secondary caracter) often.
Story: it gets deeper and deeper, and all the ends and tied down. Still loving the "what a twist" parts.
Entertainment: as the story ends, it finally releases you from it's grip, and you can think back to the the hole story.
All in all it's a worth wile anime to watch in your free time.
