The returning cast all have different and unpleasant characterizations, there are scenes that serve no apparent purpose in a lot of episodes, the story seems half thought-out at best, and the feel is just ruined. Little girls and fart jokes replace Huang and Yin; Mao becomes a squirrely little mascot character, and Hei contributes virtually nothing to the show but to act as the emotionally-distant protector to the whiny, nonsensical little girl who becomes the main character.
