The story takes place in Tokyo Butei High School, a special school where armed detectives — "Butei" — are trained to use weapons. Kinji Tooyama is a second-year-student who has a special ability, but he keeps it a secret to maintain an ordinary, peaceful life. However, when he gets caught in a bombing on the way to school, he encounters H. Aria Kanzaki, the most powerful S-Rank Butei student in Assault Studies. |

SERIES Is A LIGHT NOVEL READ IT + you will find out about who is Kana. (it's really hilarious who it is)
Also don't watch this if you don't like an unfiinished ending. There is a still a long way to the end, especially for Hidan no Aria. and NO not the title as Hidan no Aria, well my friend told me it was Aria's true powers.
A very good storyline with all its ups and downs. And you can even learn a few jap words along the way e.g. I learned Hentai=pervert well that's wat it said in the subs. Anyway, i would just like to spoil that additional ( read more)

the comedy in this series is just too hilarious.

This anime is one of my favorites and I have been watching this every week and they're just gonna stop here... I mean dude some parts of the story is still unclear like who are the other characters they were talking about and some things... come on men don't just end this here...and I know many of the fans of this anime will surely get dissappointed...

I love to watch Hidan no aria coz it's involved guns & fighting. I love how the song mixes with gun shots and sword slashing in beginning XD. When i watch this anime from 1-12 episode. Hey not bad.It wont make me feel bored.I would say this is the best animes that I've seen:) must watch this.

Most animes have no backing for their story. Hidan no Aria succesfully incorporates common knowledge myths and history to create an anime that seems to flow with society itself. Each of the main characters in the anime have an eventful ancestral history. Great stuff. An anime that actually makes sense.
